The Power of Customer Service

In my years of being employed at Winona Foods, I have had the opportunity to wear several hats. I’ve taken my turn at Customer Service, Customer Service Manager, Logistics Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and now Production Scheduler and Grader for Winona Foods.
Of all of these positions that I’ve held, there is one commonality. Customer Service. Customer Service plays an integral part in everything we do from start to finish at Winona Foods and touches every position within our company.
From the Salesperson who sells our products, to the Customer Service person who processes the orders, to the production employees that produce our products, to the warehouse personnel that stock them, to the trucking companies that move them, we at Winona Foods are a direct result of customer service at its best. And lest I forget the Quality Assurance, Marketing, Procurement, Research & Development, Accounting, Maintenance, and Sanitation personnel. There are employees every step of the way to assure excellent quality and service goes into every order you place.
To the customers we currently service, we thank you and hope this excellence will have you continuing to contact Winona Foods. No matter what hat, or hats, we wear for Winona Foods, the customer service hat is the most important of all. The need to satisfy our customers is paramount to any other hat we will ever wear.
