Chicken Fajita Flatbread

Chicken Fajita Flat Bread

Ingredients Needed:

  • Left over rotisserie chicken
  • Red
  • Yellow
  • Green bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Sriracha mayonnaise or cilantro aioli 
  • Fajita seasoning
  • Flat breads 

 

Assembly: 

  • Saute the peppers and onions in Winona Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil 
  • Add chicken and cook through 
  • Remove the chicken from the pan when finished and replace with the flat breads for warming 
  • Remove heated flat breads and top with chicken and cheese of your choice
  • broil the sandwich until the cheese melts 
  • Top with sriacha mayonaise or seen here with a cilantro aioli
  • Serve and enjoy!
