Job Details:

• 2nd shift (Monday – Friday, 1:00pm-9:00pm)

 Summary:

 Under the direction of the Distribution Manager, the Cycle Counter works closely with inventory and

 warehouse staff to count inventory of raw materials and finished goods. The numbers obtained are then

 used to verify inventory accuracy and make adjustments as necessary.

 Job Duties:

 The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and

 responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Complete daily cycle counts – physically counting the product. Priority for counts are determined by work
        order status followed by counts needed by Inventory Supervisor
2. Ship out samples
3. Provide ‘back-up’ for the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
4. Reconcile inventory reports
5. Maintain work area in clean and orderly status
6. Use computer system for inventory purposes
7. Use fork lift or other powered industrial equipment to move product around in work area
8. Be the backup for the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
9. All other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of related experience
• Ability to work in a cooler environment (temperatures are typically around 38-40° F)
• Experience with a Windows-based computer system
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving
        documents
• Ability to write standard documentation
• This position requires forklift certification
