Mexican Meatball Appetizer

Ingredients Needed:
  • Alejandro™ Crumbled Cotija

  • Ground beef or turkey

  • Mixed Mexican spice of your choice

  • Mole sauce (fresh or in a jar)

  • Bread crumbs

  • Winona Pure EVOO

Assembly:
  • Add spices and bread crumbs to meat and crumbled cotija

  • Roll to form smaller meatballs (can adjust the size of meatball to make as main course)

  • Sauté in Winona Pure EVOO until golden brown

  • Add meatballs to mole sauce and heat completely through
