Vegan Lasagna Cups

Ingredients Needed:
Go-Veggie Vegan Mozzarella Shred
• (Vegan) ground beef alternative
• Chopped onion
• Chopped mushrooms
• (Prepared) Tomato basil pasta sauce
• Wonton wrappers
• Fresh chopped garlic


Assembly:
• Sauté the ground beef alternative with the onions and mushrooms. Add in the tomato sauce and heat through.
• Spray a muffin pan with Winona Pure Olive Oil and place a wonton wrapper in the bottom.
• Add a layer of the tomato mixture and some Go-Veggie Shred and then another wrapper and repeat process.
• Bake at 350 until the edges of the wrappers are golden brown.
