Stuffed French Toast Sandwich

Ingredients Needed:

  • Cinnamon raisin bread
  • Fig spread 
  • Winona Reserve Slicing Brie, 13578, 2/3.25LB
  • Sliced strawberries 
  • Winona Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • Powdered sugar 


  • Slice cinnamon raisin bread 
  • Apply a layer of fig spread to the sliced bread 
  • Add 2-3 slices of Winona Reserve brie cheese onto the cinnamon raisin bread 
  • Place sliced strawberries on top of the sliced brie 
  • Prepare your grill/panini press with Winona Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • place stuffed french toast sandwich on the grill/panini press 
  • Grill to desired heat
  • Finish by lightly sprinkling powdered sugar on top
