Ingredients Needed:
• 1 bag of tator tots
• Deli style ham
• Feather shredded Della Terra pepper-jack/cheddar cheese blend
• Chipotle mayonnaise
• Chopped green onion

Assembly:
• In a greased Waffle Iron, arrange the tator tots close together with no space between them.
• Firmly close the iron and hold to apply pressure.
• When golden brown, remove and place on a cookie sheet (You will need two waffles for this)
• Apply the chipotle mayo,
• Add in the green onion
• Add in the shredded cheese blend
• Add in the ham
• Top with the second waffle
• Bake until cheese is melted.
• Serve hot & enjoy!
