You will need:

• Flavored cream cheese (or use your favorite cheese ball recipe)


• Shredded cheese (any white will work)


• Butterfly shaped crackers


• Rice noodle or chow mein noodle or pretzel sticks


• Black olives


• Pepperoni’s (small ones)

Scoop out a small amount of cream cheese, form into a ball and roll into the shredded cheese.
Cut the cracker in half, spread a little cream cheese on the cracker (as glue) to attach the cheese ball.
Cut a heart in the pepperoni (v rounded at the top works on the small ones) and use cream cheese (as glue) to attach to the top of the pretzel stick and place on top the cheese ball (see pic)
Use a pastry point tip (or a straw) to make 2 eyes out of the black olives, place on cheese ball (see pic) you can use a dab of cream cheese (as glue) if needed!

That’s all there is to it - serve with crackers and your favorite drink before hitting the town!
