• Angel food cake (Loaf)
• Winona Reserve Double Cream Brie
• Blueberries
• Raspberries
• Blackberries
• Melted butter
• Orange zest
• Tequila
• Margarita mix
• Brown sugar

Assembly:
• Wash all of the berries and put them in a bowl with a little brown sugar a splash of tequila and the margarita mix
• Slice the angel food cake and brush with melted butter
• Grill on a grill pan or BBQ until slightly toasted
• On the warm angel food cake, let the sliced brie melt a little bit
• Top with berries, zest, a splash of marinade & enjoy!
